Your Oddling writes marketing suggestions based on information you give it. You decide what to publish, you publish it yourself, and you are responsible for what you post. We charge a monthly subscription for higher limits. You can cancel at any time and keep your Oddling.
The rest of this page says the same things with more precision. It is not a substitute for reading it.
Your account
You need an account to use the service, you must give an accurate email address, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must have the authority to act for any business you add.
One person, one account. Do not share logins.
What the service does, and what it does not
Your Oddling generates marketing content from the business details you provide, using a third-party AI model. It is a drafting tool. It does not verify facts, it does not know your legal or regulatory obligations, and it does not guarantee any result.
The service is instructed not to invent prices, reviews, testimonials, certifications, guarantees or business results, and generated drafts are checked before you see them. That check is not perfect. You are responsible for reading anything before you publish it.
The service does not publish on your behalf. You copy the text and post it yourself, which means every post is a decision you made.
Performance figures you enter are what you tell us. We do not verify them and they are not audited analytics.
What you are responsible for
Everything you publish. Once you copy a draft and post it, it is your content and your claim.
Accuracy of what you tell your Oddling. It writes from your business details and nothing else, so an inaccurate detail becomes inaccurate marketing.
Complying with the rules that apply to you — advertising standards, platform terms, professional regulations, and any disclosure your industry requires.
Rights in anything you upload or enter.
What you may not do
Use the service to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates someone.
Generate marketing for anything you are not lawfully allowed to advertise.
Attempt to bypass usage limits, resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or scrape it.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of the business information you provide.
As between you and us, you own the drafts generated for you and may use them commercially.
AI-generated content may resemble output produced for someone else, and copyright in AI output is unsettled in several places. We cannot promise any draft is unique or protectable.
We may use aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve the service. We do not sell your business information.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you.
You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not refund part-months by default. If something went genuinely wrong, write to us and we will deal with it fairly.
Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your Oddling, its level, its history or anything it has learned. You return to the free plan limits.
If a payment fails, your account returns to the free plan until it is resolved. Nothing is deleted.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your account
You may close your account at any time. Write to us and we will delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
We may close an account that breaches these terms, or with 30 days notice for any other reason, refunding any unused paid period.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
